Attorney General/Water Complaints Email Address

A NEW email address that the Office of the Attorneys General has set up so exclusively any resident of University Park may contact Attorney General's Office to leave information, concerns, or complaints about Aqua Illinois' water quality issues, shut-off notices, water delivery issues, and/ or odor complaints.

 The email address will be monitored by the Attorney General's lawyers on a regular basis. Individuals who use the email address will need to be mindful of the fact that this is an email where the information being submitted or compiled may be used by the AG in its litigation against Aqua.
